Step 2: Tell Us About Your Delivery
Start by filling out our easy booking form. Tell us what you bought, where it needs to be picked up, where it’s going, and whether you need help lifting.
Friendly Tip:
Photos help a lot. If you have a picture of the item, upload it with your booking.
Step 3: Review Delivery, Book and Pay Online
After entering your delivery details and selecting any optional add-ons such as extra help, extra time, or special handling. You'll review your order and pay upfront to confirm your delivery request. This helps us get your job scheduled and ready to move.
Step 4: We Handle the Rest
We'll match your delivery with a qualified DeliverIT driver who is equipped for your service.
Your driver will:
Arrive at the scheduled pickup location
Safely transport your item(s)
Assist with loading and unloading if requested
Deliver your item(s) to the destination

Before You Book
To help your delivery go smoothly, please:
Schedule your service at least 2 hours in advance
Have your item(s) ready at the scheduled pickup time
Ensure someone is available at pickup and delivery if required
Provide accurate addresses and contact information
Include gate codes, apartment numbers, stairs, elevators, or other important access details
